Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at ogexchangellc@gmail.com. Please note that all return and cancellation requests are processed through our fulfillment partner. Do not send items back without first requesting a return — items sent back without authorization will not be accepted.

Age Requirement
You must be 21+ years of age or older to purchase from OG Exchange LLC. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ogexchangellc@gmail.com with photos of the damage. Damaged items reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used items
  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

All products sold by OG Exchange LLC are intended for legal use only.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the correct item is to return your original item and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Contact us at ogexchangellc@gmail.com to begin the exchange process.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at ogexchangellc@gmail.com.

No Local Pickup
OG Exchange LLC is an online retailer only. No local pickup or in-person transactions are available.
